This Website is a general audience site that is neither designed nor intended to collect Personal Data from children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data of persons below the age of 18. If you become aware that someone under the age of 18 has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. All requests will be dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Certain jurisdictions only allow the processing of Personal Data where a legal basis has been established. Under the EU's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the possible legal bases include (but are not limited to): your consent, the processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, the processing is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, or we have a legitimate business interest to process your Personal Data. 4. Personal Data We May Collect from You "Personal Data" means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified and as defined under applicable law. We collect Personal Data from you voluntarily when you provide such Personal Data to us or via our services and We bite with which you voluntarily interact. We may also obtain such Personal Data about you as may be provided to or collected by us in the course of our legitimate business activities. You are under no legal obligation to provide us with your Personal Data, but in some cases, if you do not, it may mean that you won't be able to use (some or all of) our services. For example, we may be unable to complete a requested "contact form" inquiry unless you provide us with your contact details. We collect and process the following Personal Data, based on the type of use you choose to conduct: 
- Contact Data – includes your name, email address, your company name and the department in the company, telephone numbers, and the content of your message.
How We Use this Data: To respond to your message.
Legal Basis: We process this personal data based on the performance of a contract with you. 
- Technical Data and Usage Data – includes information about how you use our Website, systems, and services, including internet protocol (IP) address, the device you are using, browser type and version, screen resolution, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this Website.
How We Use this Data: We mainly use this data to provide you with the Website and generate aggregated analytics data about the use of our Website so we can maintain and improve the site and develop new products or services. We also use statistical data to prevent fraud and protect the security of our site. One of the tools we use to collect and analyze this data is "Google Analytics." Legal Basis: When we process this Personal Data to provide you with the Website, we do so on the basis of performance of a contract with you. When we process this Personal Data to develop and improve our products and services, and to prevent fraud, we do so based on our legitimate interest to develop and maintain our business.
- Job Application Data - includes name, email, phone, desired position, a resume file, and any additional information you would include in your application. In connection with such process we may also process data through your social media accounts, just if you have decided to voluntarily provide us with your data as part of being recruited by us;
How We Use this Data: We use this data to process your job application, including using your contact details to contact you for scheduling purposes and to provide you with updates. We also use this data to manage our recruitment campaigns, as well as to analyze their results and improve future campaigns.
Legal Basis: When we use this data to process your job application, we do so based on performance of a contract with you or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. When we use this data to manage our current campaigns and improve future campaigns, we do so based on our legitimate interest in assessing and improving our recruitment efforts. If you choose to share in your job application any special categories of Personal Data as defined in the GDPR, we will process it based on your explicit consent.
- Moveo Club – Includes name and email address.
How We Use this Data: To provide you with informational newsletters about our activities, products and services, career opportunities and provide you with promotional materials we think may be of interest to you.
Legal Basis: Processing your Personal Data to share our newsletters/promotional materials is based on your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at Privacy@moveo.group.
- Social Media Visitors' Interactions – Includes your interactions with our social media outlets, such as posts on our Facebook or Instagram pages, likes, shares, comments to our posts, answer surveys, or similar activities. The social media companies we use may also provide us with aggregate and analytical information about activity relating to us.
How we use this data: We may use this information to engage with you or respond to your posts and comments and to analyze the effectiveness of our social media efforts and to improve how we manage them, and for marketing purposes. 
Legal Basis: When we process your personal data to engage with you or respond to your posts and comments, we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest to engage with and serve our audiences in an effective manner. When we process your personal data to improve our social media outlets or for marketing purposes, we do so based on our legitimate interest to effectively market our products and services, improve our services, and develop new ones.

7. Data Recipients We may disclose your Personal Data to third parties in a variety of circumstances in the ordinary course of operating our business, such as:
- Affiliates - We share your personal data with our affiliated companies: Moveo Software Ltd., Moveo Source Ltd., Boost Moveo Ltd., Moveo Creative Ltd., Hi-Tech Medical Doc Ltd., Payro Financial Technologies Ltd., where this is necessary to provide you with our products and services and so that we can manage our business, such as to keep updated records of our users.
- Service Providers - Below is a list of the types of service providers we use, the service each provides, and the types of data shared with each. All service providers have agreed to confidentiality restrictions and have undertaken to use your personal data solely as we direct.

Email Marketing We use an independent vendor to send out marketing emails on our behalf. your name and email address.
Analytics Providers We use a service provider to assist us with analytics services. Data collected automatically through our Website, including IP addresses and cookie information.
HR Management We use service providers assisting us with the processing of job applications. Data collected when you are applying for a job.
- Change of Ownership - If we are looking to sell our company, liquidate assets, or merge with another, we may share your personal data with other interested parties as part of negotiations toward that transaction. In such case, or where we do sell our company, your personal data shall continue to be subject to the provisions of this Statement.
- Law Enforcement Related Disclosure
- We may share your personal data with government agencies or other relevant parties, such as a law office or independent auditor: (i) if we believe that such disclosure is appropriate to protect our rights, property or safety (including the enforcement of the Terms of Use and this Statement) or those of a third party; (ii) if required by law or court order; or (iii) as is necessary to comply with any legal and/or regulatory obligations, such as audit requirements. 

8. Data Processing Location Any transfer of data that originates in the European Union ("EU") or the United Kingdom to a country outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) shall be made in compliance with the provisions of chapter 5 of the GDPR. Such transfer can be made to countries recognized as providing an adequate level of legal protection, or under alternative arrangements to protect your privacy rights, e.g., signing the Standard Contractual Clause published by the EU commission. It is essential to note that Moveo is headquartered in Israel, which the European Commission considers as offering an adequate level of Personal Data protection regulation.

9. How We Secure Your Personal Data We are committed to protecting the security of your Personal Data. We use organizational, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. All Personal Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We also maintain ISO 27001 certification and periodically review and update our security measures to align with applicable laws and industry standards. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take appropriate steps to ensure that suitable protections are in place and continually work to enhance our security practices.

10. Storage of Personal Data. We will only store your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. In some circumstances, we may anonymize your Personal Data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may save and use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

11. Your Rights Depending on which laws apply, you have certain legal rights over your data. Below is some general information about rights that may apply to you, but we recommend checking the law or consulting with a lawyer to understand what applies in your specific case. If you want to exercise your rights regarding your personal data held by other controllers you can contact the applicable controller directly. We may ask for reasonable evidence to verify your identity before we can comply with any request. 

If you are subject to Israeli law, you may request to access any personal data you have provided to us and request that such personal data be corrected, updated, or deleted, including in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981. You may exercise such rights by emailing us at Privacy@moveo.group. You may have the right to delete your personal data subject to and in accordance with Article 3 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations (Provisions Regarding Information Transferred to Israel from the European Economic Area), 2023.

You may have some or all of the following rights, subject to the laws that apply to you.
- Right of Access. You may have a right to know what personal data we collect about you. We may charge you a fee to provide you with this information, if permitted by law. If we are unable to provide you with all the information you request, we will do our best to explain why. See Article 15 of the GDPR for more details, if your personal data is subject to GDPR.

- Right to Correct Personal Data. You may request that we update, complete, correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated Personal Data. See Article 16 of the GDPR for more details, if your personal data is subject to GDPR.

- Deletion of Personal Data ("Right to Be Forgotten"). You may have the right to request that we delete your personal data. Note that we cannot restore information once it has been deleted. Even after you ask us to delete your personal data, we may be allowed to keep certain data for specific purposes under applicable law. - Withdrawal of Consent. If you are located in the EU, and we process your data based on your consent, you are always free to withdraw your consent, however, this won't affect processing we have done from before you withdrew your consent.

- Right to Lodge a Complaint with Your Local Data Protection Authority. If you are located in the EU, you have the right to submit a complaint to the relevant data protection authority if you have any concerns about how we are processing your personal data, though we ask that as a courtesy you please attempt to resolve any issues with us first.

We may not always be able to do what you have asked. Also, not all of those rights apply in every jurisdiction. For example, if it would impact on the duty of confidentiality we owe to others, or if we are otherwise legally entitled to deal with the request differently. So not always will we be able or obliged to provide you with those rights.  However, we encourage you to contact us with any such request, and we will be happy to assist you.
