We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Manager — someone who thrives indynamic environments, takes full ownership of their pipeline, and loves closing deals.This role is ideal for a people-person with excellent interpersonal skills, a creativeproblem-solver, and someone who is independent in both planning and execution.You’ll be joining a team that values initiative, collaboration, and results — and yourimpact will be felt across the business.
What you’ll be doing
1. Own the full sales cycle – from identifying and engaging new leads tonegotiating and closing deals, with full autonomy and accountability.
2. Drive revenue and profitability – meet and exceed sales targets whilestrategically increasing deal size, margins, and customer lifetime value.
3. Generate new business – lead outbound efforts, build strategic relationships, andattend relevant industry events to expand our customer base.
4. Collaborate across teams – work closely with delivery, product, and executiveleadership to ensure seamless alignment between client expectations andexecution.
5. Monitor and lead the sales pipeline - maintain clear, up-to-date sales data andensure full visibility for the team. You’ll track progress, report key metrics, and helpdrive a results-focused culture.
What you bring to the table
1. 3+ years of proven B2B tech sales experience, ideally in software services,cybersecurity, or defense/HLS industries.
2. A closer’s mindset with a hunter mentality – you're commercially savvy,tenacious, and consistently exceed targets.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills – you’re a true people-person who knows how tobuild trust and navigate complex sales environments.
4. Creative and solution-oriented – you’re resourceful, adaptable, and enjoyfinding ways to get to "yes."
5. Highly independent – you take initiative, manage your time effectively, andexecute without micromanagement.
6. Fluent in both Hebrew and English – confident presenting, negotiating, andwriting in both languages.
