We seek a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader with a strong background in web development and a passion for solving problems in cyber security and HLS (Homeland Security). - Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and support to enhance their productivity and professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Design, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
- Take ownership of projects from ideation through execution, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered to meet the company's business goals.
- Lead by example, actively contributing to the development process by leveraging your expertise in React or equivalent front-end technologies and Node.js.
- Encourage and foster a problem-solving mindset within the team, promoting the ability to see the big picture and identify innovative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development technologies, providing recommendations for improving development processes and enhancing the team's skillset.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in web development, with a strong proficiency in React or equivalent front-end technologies.
- Proficiency in Node.js and experience working with related frameworks and libraries.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to think strategically and see the big picture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
