About the position
The Product & Project Manager is the leader of the product specification process including the coordination of activities across various functions. This extends from creating innovative solutions for our clients in all platforms and products to building a strong team that can tackle any challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features.
- Drive product development from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and track product progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Project Leadership:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning to execution and closure.
- Coordinate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with team members to collect status updates and ensure project documentation is up-to-date.
Qualifications
- A strong sense of responsibility and quality standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to simple messages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew & English.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Jira, Monday, Excel, etc.).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of product and project management.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Technical, engineering, or management BSc - an advantage
