About the position
We are seeking a proactive and passionate Junior Machine Learning Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Python development and an interest in advancing their expertise in machine learning technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain server-client architectures, with a special focus on constructing REST APIs.
- Integrate APIs, including making calls to ChatGPT and other relevant machine learning platforms.
- Engage in the entire application lifecycle, including coding, debugging, and testing.
- Visualize and manipulate data utilizing tools such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
- Investigate and validate optimal Hugging Face models to enhance project features.
- Deploy, monitor and maintain machine learning models into production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other experts inside projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, bootcamp certification, or course in Computer Science/Data Science.
- Strong programming skills in Python with a dedicated focus on machine learning.
- Experience in server-client architecture and REST API development, with familiarity in Web Frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI.
- Knowledge in machine learning libraries such as HuggingFace, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge in data manipulation libraries such as NumPy, Pandas and visualization tools such as Matplotlib.
- Familiarity with AWS services like Sagemaker and Elastic Beanstalk is highly advantageous.
- Prior experience with API integration, including working with machine learning APIs like ChatGPT, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
